Book Review - Firefly Lane

Another great book by Kristin Hannah, Firefly Lane, was one of two books I was able to read over Spring Break. This book is the story of a lifelong friendship begun in the 8th grade. Tallulah "Tully" and Kate were neighbors and became best friends.
The book sees them through high school, college, careers, family, marriage and more. You see many times when the power and depth of their friendship is challenged. The end of the book will simply bring you to tears.
I enjoyed the story and it was easy to see some parts of myself in the characters. I really identified with Kate and she struggled to balance being a wife, mother and her former dreams of writing/career.
Hannah's characters are so real you feel like you know them and find yourself wondering about them once the book is over.
I highly recommend this book! If you'd like to read more reviews of this book, click here.
