A Busy and Full Week at School

Last week we had so many things going on at our school!

Noah was in the Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd grade musical, "Revved Up and Ready to Go" last Tuesday night.  My mom and grandparents all came to watch.  Carter, my nephew, was also in the musical.  Noah's class loves to make silly faces!

Thursday was Grandparents Day at school.  My mom, my Mammaw, Greg's mom and dad all came to the program.  My kids are SO blessed to have so many people love them and influence them!

Blake was showing Grandma some of his work.  He had to fill out a family tree.  They are reading Little House on the Prairie books and were filling out the family tree for the Ingalls family too.

Mammaw was so excited to see Carter's state project on South Carolina.

Cora was so glad Gran came to her room to meet her teachers and see her work.

Noah wanted to read his journal to Grandpa - cover to cover :)

Thursday evening we had the first annual "Evening of Art" at school.  Mrs. Cole, our art teacher, had over 800 pieces of art displayed.  Each of the boys had several different pieces displayed.  I asked them to pick their favorite so I could take a picture of them with it.

Blake picked a puppet he made.  The head was made out of paper mache and then they painted it and made the clothes for it.

Noah picked the watercolor he did of a chick.  Mrs. Cole entered it in a local art show sponsored by the Art Guild and it received Honorable Mention for his age group!

I am just so proud of my boys for all they do!
