What a week!

This past week was full of activity capped off by tornado sirens last night and my spending some QT with the boys in the basement! Between working at school, shopping for Project Graduation items, planning an upcoming Beth Moore simulcast at my church, running my training miles, celebrating Andy's birthday and all the other everyday things we have been hopping this week!

Today we are having Andy's party. The house is CLEAN! Pinesol has been used in full force (if you know me, you know I have an obsession with Pinesol). Bathrooms are clean, floors swept and mopped. Greg set some of our Geotrax trains upstairs in the front room. We have a train cake and Thomas the Train decorations. The party favors are train engineer hats, wooden train whistles, train suckers and Thomas stickers. Since we are doing it in the morning, we are having muffins, fruit and several different kinds of cereal for snacks. All is ready - now the birthday boy has to wake up :)

I just can't even think about the fact that my baby is 2. If I start thinking about that, I will get melancholy and sad and I can't do that yet. Not to be random, but I just love the sound of Andy's bare little feet running across the wood floor. It is precious!

Thank you God for the blessings I have in these boys and our family. I simply cannot fathom my life without them!
