Day 4 of Thankfulness - Freedom to Worship

Today, on this Sunday, I am very thankful for the freedoms we have been afforded in America.  I am particularly grateful for the freedom I have to worship what I choose, when I choose.  I am grateful that I can raise my family in church, read my bible and proclaim my allegiance to Jesus Christ without fear of persecution and repercussions.

I have been blessed to be a part of several great churches in my life and to serve in ministry at a few.  I am grateful for the men and women that I have served under and with and learned so much under their guidance.

I am so grateful that we are not inhibited from worshiping our RISEN SAVIOR.  It makes me think of a song - an old hymn - that I was singing in my head on the way to to the doctor's office with Noah this morning.
