Even if you don't stay home with your kids, but want to work with them on weekends/nights, these are easy! I downloaded several of the number tracing and counting cards, printed them on cardstock, laminated them (I have one of those smaller desktop laminators that is about $25 at Walmart), hole punched them and made them like flashcards on a binder ring. Now I can grab one or more of them and toss them in the backpack when we are going out to eat, to a meeting, etc. and Andy will have something fun and educational to do. See the picture below!
Here is the link for the downloads:
I also downloaded several alphabet and writing patterns from this site. You can see them HERE:
I also highly recommend the dry erase crayons you see everywhere right now. They are washable and really do come off with the hand mitt eraser. I got mine at Walmart. They have them there right now with a dry erase board.
Another site I just found via MoneySavingMom.com is HERE: She offers these alphabet tracing pages. I plan to print them off and laminate them as well. Then we can use them over and over again as Andy is learning his letters. They feature upper and lowercase letters.
Another great free download I found this week was at Our Little Monkeys. You can get to her blog HERE. She offers the Wildlife Tot Pack to download and some book suggestions to go with it.
This next pack is the Ocean Preschool Printables pack from Homeschool Creations. It is free and you download it in two separate parts. Check it out HERE
Stay tuned for another post with more resources!!
