Jumping Jake

Greg's mom bought this Johnny Jump Up Seat for us when we were pregnant with Blake.  She said she had one when Greg was a baby and loved it.  It has been one of the best things we've had with all of our boys.  I went in Jake's closet searching for something else today and came across it.  I had almost forgotten about it.

We put it up in the family room doorway and he LOVED IT!

I know I will be glad to have this as another distraction for him when I need to clean up something or his brothers need my attention.  He is QUICK these days!  I have to stay constantly aware of his movements.  No more laying him on his butterfly activity mat and walking away!

I forgot how busy babies are at this stage and how I never seemed to get anything done from about 10 months to 18 months!  Naptime is my only break and then I feel I must catch up on work, emails, phone calls, prepare dinner, fold laundry, vacuum........the list goes on and on!
